Narrating this fun, heartwarming fantasy was such a treat. It’s a story of chosen family, equal parts funny and adorable. There’s a grumpy/sunshine trope that’s made literal, and was so much fun to embody. This book is short — just a handful of hours, and is a little unconventional (I love unconventional). I’ve narrated in second person before, but it was point-of-view chapters for a character you get to know in the third person as well. This book is entirely in the second person. You get used to it much faster than you’d think. (See what I did there?)
Many thanks to the team at Tantor for this title!
