This release is a special one because the author of VAMPIRES AT SEA is my friend, Lindsay Merbaum! I actually met Lindsay at the beginning of my narration journey. I used a scene from her book, THE GOLD PERSIMMON as my primary narration sample for my first few years. One of my favorite things about her writing is how poetic her prose is — it’s the kind of word candy that made me an English major.
I had a marvelous time working on VAMPIRES AT SEA. The tone is sardonically fun, with intrigue, character, and spice. It’s a yummy blend of genres — horror, mystery, paranormal, dramedy, LGBTQIA+ — basically all my favorite ingredients!
